Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days.
Counting from the date of receipt of the goods.
Return and exchange policy
Returned items must :
- It is in the same condition as stated on the product page.
- No new scratches, no new damage.
- No modifications, alterations, or replacement of parts.
- All accessories were included as shipped.
- There is proof of purchase.
Valuation
- The company will reassess the condition of the goods upon return.
- If the condition differs from the time of sale, a deduction will be made based on the actual condition.
- The assessment is at the discretion of the company.
Refund or exchange
Return Policy
- If the item is in the same condition as when it was shipped, a full refund will be issued.
- If the condition is below par, a refund will be issued based on the wood's condition assessment.
In case of product exchange.
- If the newly selected item is more expensive, the customer pays the difference.
- If the price is lower → a refund will be issued for the difference.
All shipping costs for exchanges or returns are the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases where the store sent the wrong model.
Non-returnable or exchangeable items.
- The product has been further customized (e.g., cut, trimmed, laser-cut, bent).
- Products damaged from use.
- Products exceeding 7 days
- Products that are not in normal working condition.
- Brand new product with the seal removed.
